COLORS WE PROVIDE
Are Roll On Rock® System 4h is a 3 step hybrid coating system designed to give the applicator an extremely high performance coating that can be installed very quickly. The customer will love the fact that they can walk on it the same day it was coated, as soon as 2 hours after it is dry. Roll On Rock™ System 4h utilizes 5205, a hybrid penetrative primer which wicks into the concrete to provide a fantastic bond. 5205 will dry within 30 minutes yet it has a potlife of over an hour! This makes it very user friendly. When dry the 5210 Hybrid bodycoat is applied and the flakes are broadcast onto it within 20 minutes (**most other similar systems need to be flaked within 3-4 minutes). The 5210 and flake can be scraped in about an hour yet the potlife of the 5210 is over 60 minutes. Once again the applicator will not have to fight the material. When scraped, a coat of 5073 Polyurea completes the install. The Polyurea has well over 30 minutes potlife and it can be walked on in 2-3 hours when temperatures are above 70 degrees. The completed Roll On Rock™ System 4h installation will be between 25 to 30 mils and have a gloss like no other (**most other similar system are 12-15 mils and still cost more than our 25-30 mils). Your customer can remove the items from their garage in the morning and then replace them in the evening. You now only need to go to the job one time which doubles your production. You also can double your coverage area since only one trip will be needed. The materials cost (aprox $1.30 sq ft) 25-30% more than our 2 step system (with same 5073 topcoat) however you are getting an additional primer coat which adds build and ease of chipping (you don't have to worry about the coating sucking out and not holding the chip). The extra 35-45 cents a sq ft for materials is much less than the additional cost associated with a second trip which would be 3-4 hours including travel time, wear and tear, production time, etc. And when you figure that the second trip can now be spent doing a new job or selling another job it becomes a simple decision.
All Roll On Rock® System 4h components are also compliant with the new strict SCAQMD rules that become law July 2006. See the chart below for the pros and cons for each system. This range of floor coatings designed specifically for the garage floor is just one more reason why VBP is the leader in the garage floor and industrial coating industry.

ARE INDUSTRIAL EPOXY
Versatile Building Products is a world leader in high performance polymer floor systems designed to be used over industrial floors. Our products have set the standard for industrial flooring, institutional flooring, commercial, polymer flooring, epoxy flooring, and resinous flooring used in industrial environments. Products like our ICC 30 and ICC 100 are designed to be used as a monolithic seamless epoxy urethane concrete coating that will provide maximum build and protection for industrial flooring found in many different facilities. Thinner build industrial flooring systems are typically designed using our 100% solids 4800 Epoxy, 4010 High Solids Waterbased Epoxy, 5300 Solventborne Urethane, 5400 Waterbased Urethane, 5010 Pigmented Polyaspartic or 5073 Polyurea coating products.
Decorative Industrial Flooring products are also becoming very popular because they improve the overall appearance of the environment by adding more light and color to the area when compared to boring solid color floors. Another benefit of using a decorative epoxy floor coating like our Roll on Rock® system is that it will hide surface defects and look cleaner for a longer period of time due to the multi color finish. This will also help reduce maintenance costs when compared to a solid color. Roll on Rock® can be installed to meet most requirements of any industrial flooring project by combining it with out other products. For example, a primer coat of 4100 Epoxy or 4150 Epoxy would be used for concrete floors that have high levels of Moisture Vapor Emissions since these are Vapor Blocking Concrete Floor Epoxy Primers. If you need build then our 4800 100% solids epoxy can be used and if you need extra abrasion resistance you could topcoat it with our top of the line 5073 Polyurea. When it comes to protecting your industrial flooring with a decorative epoxy coating, Roll on Rock® gives you plenty of options.
